He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Prince Bowen and Donnie Sessoms Bowen; and his brother John Walter Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Etta O'Lee Walters Bowen of Raeford; his children, Gail Webb (Lin) of Fayetteville and Ricky Bowen (Sylvia) of Raeford; his grandchildren, Keith Webb (Erica), Valerie Webb, Jeremy Bowen and Kristy Nolan (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Conyer, Cameron Webb, Karson and Karter Nolan.
