She is survived by: her husband William Thomas Lentz Jr. of Raeford, NC; her daughters, Wendy Fabian (Allan) of Fayetteville, NC, Cindy Baxley (John) of Raeford, NC and Betty Baxley (William) of Raeford, NC; her grandchildren, Megan Austin (Jason) and Ethan; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Hunter, Emma and Dakota; her great great grandchild Everly; and her siblings, Larry Woodcox (Pat) of Lumber Bridge, David Woodcox of Raeford, Nellie Haselden (Bill) and Gail Dudash (Bob).
