It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hayley Jacobs of Raeford, North Carolina, born in Lumberton, North Carolina, who passed away on July 18, 2020, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandfather Fletcher Locklear of St. Pauls. She is survived by: her parents, Tony Jacobs of Raeford and Peggy Jacobs of St. Pauls; her children, Kyerah Danielle Hunt, Payzlee Brae Jones and Zander Ray Hunt; her sister Lexie Jacobs of St. Pauls; her grandmothers, Martha Locklear of St. Pauls and Janie Mae Jacobs of Raeford; and her close friend Thomas McIver. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles and cousins.
