He is survived by: his wife Cathy Taylor of Raeford, NC; his children, Carolyne Howard of Charleston, SC, Jeff Ledbetter of North Charleston, SC, Mary McCusker (Daniel) of Savanah, GA and Eleanor Taylor (Michael McCarron) of Raeford, NC; his grandchildren, Joseph Howard (Lena), Edward Howard (Valerie), William Howard (Africa), Mookie Howard (Kim), Kayla McCusker and Daniel McCusker; and his brother Kenny Taylor (Sue). He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
