It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank Kempf Jr. of Raeford, North Carolina, born in Woodbury, New Jersey, who passed away on September 18, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Carson Kempf and Grace Hannah Wells Koenig. He is survived by: his wife Toni Hays Whitson Kempf; his daughters, Sharon Rementer (Mark) of Philadelphia, PA, Jennifer Cantora (Brad) of Philadelphia, PA and Linda Kempf of Philadelphia, PA; his stepdaughter Dr. Caitlyn Whitson of Chapel Hill, NC; and his sister Mary Meischke of Woodlyn, PA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, along with a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Jude Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to Shiner's Hospital.
