He is survived by: his children, Betty Wilkins (Thomas) of Charlotte, NC, Rosia McBryde of Fayetteville, NC, Delois Whyte (Derrick) of Spring Lake, NC, Harold Evans of Hope Mills, Marvin Evans (Richo) of Hope Mills, NC, Martin Evans of Raeford, NC and Melvin Evans (Deborah) of Red Springs, NC; his brother John E. Leak of Spring Lake, NC; and his nephew James Leak of Raeford, NC. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
