He is survived by: his close friend Patsy Ann Jones of Raeford, NC; his children, Donna Tyler-Ferguson (Jordan) of Raeford, NC, Tabitha Tyler of Raeford, NC, Summer A'dele Tyler of Raeford, NC, Joseph Locklear of Red Springs, NC, Mario McMillian of Raleigh, NC and Chase Locklear of Red Springs, NC; his sisters, Patty McNeill (Bruce) of Shannon, NC, Lisa Jacobs of Raeford, NC and Glenda Oxendine (Timothy) of Red Springs, NC; and his half-brother James Locklear (Fannie) of Red Springs, NC.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
