He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Miller Sullivan; and his parents, Claude Sullivan and Rosa English Sullivan. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan S. (Greg Kudera), Tenn and Jennifer S. (Joel Brock); his brother Jimmy Sullivan (Margaret) of Rockingham; his grandchildren, Jessica Osborne (Eithan), Christopher Kudera, Dennis Brock (Charity), Rose B. Kwiatkowski (Josh), Ethan Brock (Hannah), Benjamin, Oliver, Evelyn Osborne and Liam Brock; and his pet Bella.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that the family that memorials take the form of contributions to either Disabled American Veterans and St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
