He was predeceased by: his parents, A. R. McNeely and Annie Mae McAbee; his former wife Linda Tucker; and his son Phillip McNeely. He is survived by: his wife Deborah McNeely; his children, David A. McNeely and Margo McNeely; his stepchildren, Doug Courter Jr., Leslie Thompson (Mike), Jared Courter and Timothy Courter (Whitney); and his siblings, Carol Hicks (Rodney), Linda Ross (Don), Susie Fowler, Debbie Wall (Larry), Sharon Schronce (Donnie) and Brad McNeely. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
