He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Jacobsen and Barbara Jacobsen; his wife Phyllis Jacobsen; and his brother Brian Jacobsen. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Jacobsen (Heather), Tanya Smith (Tommy), William Tart (Michelle), Jeremy Wood and Melissa Schantz; his grandchildren, BJ Wright, Timothy Smith (Ariana), Tyler Tart, Taylor Smith (Molly), Hunter Smith, Juliana Sullivan, Isacc Vanhoose, Haley Jacobsen, Victoria Aydell, Raelyn Tart, Connor Jacobsen and Grace Jacobsen; his great grandchildren, Harper Smith and Haisleigh Smith; and his siblings, Kathy Baber and Steve Jacobsen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
