He is survived by: his wife Janet Lawing Hendrix of Raeford; his children, Karl Howard Hendrix (Wendy) of Raeford and Leah Hendrix Lundy (James) of Interlachen, FL; his grandchildren, Kristen Hendrix Danét (Gabriel) of Raeford, Jessica Hendrix Brown (Taylor) of Raeford, Joshua Howard Hendrix (Christina) of Raeford, Megan Gail Lundy of Interlachen, FL and Emily Kaye Lundy of Interlachen, FL; his great grandchildren, Jayda Jones, Elijah Danét, River Danét and Brooklynn Lundy; and his brother Noah Alfred Hendrix (Audrey) of Raeford.
