It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Rogers Kelly of Raeford, North Carolina, born in Cumberland, North Carolina, who passed away on June 29, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Franklin Kelly and Katherine Rothwell Kelly; and his wife Jean Johnson Kelly. He is survived by: his daughters, Carol K. Wilhelm (Thomas) of Fayetteville, NC and Nancy K. Capps (Tim) of Fayetteville, NC; his grandchildren, Tim Capps, Chrissy Nolan (Ralph), Craig Capps and Laura Jimenez (Jose); and his great grandchildren, Chase, Hunter and Paisley Nolan.
