He was predeceased by: his daughter Christina Marie Stevens; his parents, Belton Stephens and Lucy Stephens; and his brothers, William and Marvin Stephens.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Stevens; his children, Belton "Kirt" Stevens (Becca), Bobby Jacobs (Cynthia) and Alexis "LaCole" Stevens (Kevin); his sister Wanda Williams; his nieces, Angela "Angie" Wilson (Wayne) and Amber Banta (Tim); his grandchildren, Brandon B., Christina, Kaitlin, Darian, Brandon S., Breana, Kimberly and Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Xander, Eiley May and Emil.
