With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew Carter of Raeford, North Carolina, who passed away on April 10, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Carter and Rita Bell Scott; and his wife Wanda Lee Hunt Carter. He is survived by: his children, Lawanda Sinclair, Billy Hunt, Jennie McPherson and Joanna Carter. He is also survived by grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
