She was predeceased by: her parents, King Blue and Reba Blue. She is survived by: her children, Robert D. Blue, Jr., Antwon T. Blue and Ttiffany D. Blue; and her siblings, Mary B. McCollum, Bruce Blue and Lonnie Black. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
