Conningham; his nieces, Elizabeth Cook and Samantha Meredith; his brother-in-law Terry Meredith; and his friends, Rick, Marcie Dixon, Kenny Holman, Claudine Triplett, Dee Hayworth and George Whiteside. He is also survived by friends and family.
