In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Ted leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Ted may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Eugene and Alma Spears Staley; and his siblings, Robin Staley McNeil and Buddy Eugene Staley. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Gail Miller Staley; and his brother Fred Staley (Debra) of Purlear. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home (270 Armory Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Reins-Sturdivant Chapel (270 Armory Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A burial was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 at the Staley Family Cemetery - Purlear (1387 Siffords Branch Rd, Purlear, NC 28665).
The family requests that in lieu of flowers and food, memorials may be made to Sure Foundation Baptist Church Building Fund, 1387 Siffords Branch Road, Purlear, NC 28665.
