She is survived by: her husband Coy Hayworth; her daughter Carolyn Triplett (Neil) of Wilkesboro; her grandsons, Zach Triplett (Bridget Kennerley) of Virginia and Cody Triplett of Wilkesboro; and her siblings, Beulah Hayworth of Millers Creek, Frances Roten (Bennie) of Ashe County and Johnny Faw of Wilkesboro.
