She is survived by: her daughter Jodi Lynn Adams Lewis (James) of Purlear; her grandchildren, Bradley Lewis, Jessica Adams, Brianna Lewis and Coty Adams; and her sister Daphne Templeton Johnson of Wilkesboro.
