She was predeceased by: her parents, Clossie Laws and Lavon Spears Laws; her husband Wayne Gray Phillips; and her daughter Belinda Phillips Laws. She is survived by: her son-in-law Rickey Laws of Purlear; her aunt OnaDea Yates of Purlear; her sister-in-law Madge Phillips McNiel (Bert) of Purlear; and her cousin Brenda Caudill of Purlear. She is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces and nephews.
