She is survived by: her husband Kevin Max Church; her children, Dustin Paschall of Lenoir, Makela Hollars (Rustin Miller) of Lenoir and Tyler Church of Purlear; her granddaughter Carrie Ann Paschall; her parent Kathryn Adkins Rich of Lenoir; her stepfather Leonard Albert Rich of Blowing Rock; and her sister Crystal Puett (Samuel) of Blowing Rock.
