She was predeceased by: her parents, Blaine Lail and Macie Eleanor Spears; her husband Ira Dean Spears; and her sisters, Janice Spears and Callie Floroff.
She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Leonard; her grandson Matt Leonard (Tiffany) of Hays; her great grandchildren, Bailey of Hays and Tripp Leonard of Hays; and her brother Randy Spears of Lenoir.
