In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Johnny Clifford had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Johnny Clifford may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parent Major Junior; and his sister Joyce Bell. He is survived by: his mother Myrtle Taylor Bell of North Wilkesboro; his significant other Jeannie Gilbert; his children, Joseph, Anessa and Gabriel; and his sisters, Lois Shumate (Bill Bynum) of Purlear, Carolyn Sheets of North Wilkesboro and Elizabeth Huffman (Dan) of North Wilkesboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
