He is survived by: his wife Polly Richards Auton; his children, Chris Miller (Sabrenia) of Lenoir, Missy May Walker of Lenoir and Tonnie Miller of Dudley Shoals; his stepsons, Ricky Munday of Vilas and Derek Munday of West Jefferson; his sister-in-law Janette Faw of Boone; his siblings, Mary Lou Calloway of Dudley Shoals, Bill Auton (Sandra) of Hudson, Carl Auton of Lenoir and Jimmy Auton of Lenoir; and his pet Lily Bug. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
