He is survived by: his wife Joan Rhymer Church; his children, Patricia Church of Deep Gap and Darin Church of Deep Gap; his grandchildren, Tyler Church and Samantha Church; and his siblings, Linda Steelman (Eddie) of Deep Gap and Bruce Church (LouAnn) of Deep Gap.
