She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Burgess and Bonnie Frances Holman Owings; her husband Allie Buck Goforth; and her sister Joan Owings Reams. She is survived by: her children, Debra Laws (Bobby) of Purlear and Kim Goforth (Pat) of Purlear; her siblings, Frances Owings Goforth (Milton) of Ferguson, Glenn Owings, Jr. (Linda) of State Road, Eugene Owings (Sue) of North Wilkesboro, Betty Owings Owens of North Wilkesboro and Opal Owings Adams (Larry) of North Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Misty Bumgarner (Thomas) of Purlear, Melinda Woodruff (Anthony) of Hays and Dustin Goforth of Purlear; her great grandchildren, Tyler Dancy of Purlear, Brayden Dancy of Purlear, Austin Woodruff (Shandin) of Hays and Ashley Woodruff of Hays; and her great great grandchild Oliver Woodruff of Hays.
