He was predeceased by: his mother Minnie Faye Byrd; and his grandmother Elle Mae Kilby. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kilby; his children, LaRaye Wyatt (David), Taylor Faye Shell, Amanda Kilby, Adam Lee Gregory and Matthew Kilby; and his brother Robert Kilby. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
