He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward James Burnett and Mary Margret Garrison Burnett; and his brother Jimmy Brunett. He is survived by: his wife Joni Brunett; and his children, Michelle Brunett and TJ Brunett.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes P.O. Box 396 Moravian Falls, NC 28654 to help with finally expenses.
