He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin McKinley and Madie Welch Watson; and his siblings, Ina Pearl Stroud, Gaye Ashley, Joyce Watson, Edgar Watson of Ernest Watson, O. M and Rex Watson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Dancy Kennedy Watson; his children, Bethany Oller of Purlear, Sabrina Byers (Terry) of Purlear and Gregory Robert Watson (Rhonda) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Zachary Oller (Samatha), Kassie Oller Streeter (Ben), Kemper Watson, Banning Watson, Kaden Byers and Kase Byers; and his great grandchildren, Garrett Oller and Carter Bell.
