He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lacy and Virgie Roope Huffman; his siblings, Rex Huffman and Nena Hoots; and his grandson Charles Howard Huffman.

He is survived by: his wife Eulean Eller Huffman; his sons, Keith Huffman (Peggy) of Purlear and Kris W. Huffman (Alicia) of Ferguson; his grandchildren, Patti Warlick of Purlear, Garrett Huffman of Purlear and Douglas Huffman of Ferguson; his great grandchildren, Nate, Nick, Bella and Jaxson; his siblings, Marcy Mitchell of Carolina Shores, Iva Dean Royal (Dwayne) of Wilkesboro, Alvin M. Huffman (Linda) of Wilkesboro and Allen Brent Huffman (Kathy) of Millers Creek; and his sister-in-law Shirley Huffman of Wilkesboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Caldwell County Hospice, 526 Pine Mountain Road, Hudson, NC 28638.
