She was predeceased by: her daughters, Carolyn Scott and Karen Dancy. She is survived by: her husband Arnold Dancy of Purlear; her sons, Ronnie Dancy of McGrady, Gary Dancy (Sandy) of Tennessee and Dwayne Dancy (Diane) of Wilbar; and her sister Ella Mae Bumgarner of Wilkesboro. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
