He is survived by: his wife Helen Ruth Goforth; his children, Kim Goforth (Pat) of Purlear and Debra Laws (Bobby) of Purlear; his sister Hazel Powell of North Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Misty Bumgarner (Thomas) of Purlear, Melinda Woodruff (Anthony) of Hays and Dustin Goforth of Purlear; his great grandchildren, Tyler Dancy of Purlear, Austin Woodruff of Hays, Ashley Woodruff of Hays and Brayden Dancy of Purlear; his great great grandchild Oliver Woodruff of Hays; and his sisters-in-law, Ruth Goforth of Ferguson, Zelma Goforth of Ferguson and Doris Goforth of Ferguson.
