He is survived by: his children, Janice Cifers Stamps (Rufus), Lynnette Cifers Hyler (Donald), Mitch Cifers (Tricia) and Ricky Cifers (Karen); his son-in-law Jerry Brown; and his grandchildren, Angie Scearce (Chris), Kristi Hyler (Zachary), Jessica Garrison (Josh), Wesley Cifers (Lyndsay), Jacob Cifers (Rachel) and Benjamin Cifers.
