He is survived by: his spouse Jean M. Tubman (Sprague); his parents, Benjamin S. Tubman and Susan E. Tubman (Abbott); his children, Gail Dunbar (Steve) of Greenville, Susan Williams (Ronald) of Johnston and Ronald Tubman (Gina) of Smithfield; and his spouse Jean Sprague.
