She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Blackburn and Anna Lee Edwards Blackburn. She is survived by: her husband John Gentry; her children, Randy Gentry and Kathy Crumpton; her siblings, Keith Blackburn (Joyce), Ben Blackburn (Sylvia) and Joyce Tucker (Bill); her grandchildren, Hunter Lee Gentry, Morgan Gray Gentry and Chad Crumpton; and her great grandchildren, Sabian Crumpton and Zildjian Crumpton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
