He is survived by: his children, Randy Gentry and Kathy Crumpton; his grandchildren, Hunter Lee Gentry, Morgan Gray Gentry and Chad Crumpton; and his great grandchildren, Sabian Crumpton and Zildjian Crumpton. He is also survived by extended family members, friends and his church family.
