He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Oakley and Bessie Oakley. He is survived by: his wife Connie Oakley; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Cooper, Jared Orton (Kelsey) and Lieutenant Grant Orton; his stepgrandchildren, Kim Hamilton (Jason) and Josh Orton; his great grandchildren, Collins Grace Orton and Katie Hamilton; and his brother Carson Oakley.
Due to Covid issues attendees are asked to practice social distancing and wear a mask.
