He is survived by: his wife Elsie G. Blalock; his sons, Randall L. Blalock and Ronnie R. Blalock (Amanda); his grandchildren, Samantha B. Moorefield (Evan), Brittany K. Luker (Trevor) and James Blalock (Maritza); his great grandchild Madyson Moorefield; his siblings-in-law, Don Burgin, Barbara Blalock, Beth Nelson and Wanda Grant; and also, Philip L. Gill (Melissa), Lori E. Dominie (Craig), Jordan T. Dominie, Caleb M. Gill and Joshua P. Gill.
