He was predeceased by: his parents, Arch Turner and Inez Barnwell Turner; and his sister Mamie Horner. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Turner; his daughter Sharon Spradling (Tom); his grandchildren, Will Spradling and Keegan Spradling of Greensboro; and his sister Virginia Epps of Roxboro.
