He was predeceased by: his parents, James Luther Frazier, Sr. and Margaret Rebecca Watson Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Marie Frazier; his daughters, Amy Ham (Tim) of Goldsboro and Kristie Batts (Ray) of Wilson; his granddaughters, Destiny Johnson (Dayde Farrell), Mackinzie Ham and Natalie Ham; his sister Louise Gallagher (Dennis) of South Carolina; his sister-in-law Nancy Holloway; and his niece Yvonne Creech (Richard) of Grimesland, N. C..
