He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bobby Kenneth "Deacon" Jones and Lillian Jones Hollowell. He is survived by: his wife Paula Kornegay Jones; his daughter Stefanie Patel (Jason) of Princeton; his siblings-in-law, Frances Roberts of Hiddenite, Grace Pearce (Frank) of Princeton and Faye Woodall Jones of Princeton; his pets, Little Buddy and Little Bit; and also, Christian, Erin, Andrew and Elisha Powell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
