He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Paul and Doris Stephens Lewis; his children, Sara Lewis and Tommy Kincaid; and his grandparents, Vernon and Ada Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife April Lewis; his children, LJ Lewis of Princeton, Tyler Lewis (Kalie) of Wilson, Chase Lewis (Caroline) of Wilson, Louis Porcelli (Heather) of Pikeville, Josh Spencer (Andrea) of Ohio and Casey White (Charleston) of Princeton; his sisters, Kim Hill (Zipper) of Smithfield, Patty Wright of Canada and Teresa Beals of Indiana; his grandchildren, Xander White, Anslee Kate White, Naveah Kincaid, Haven Lewis, Cali Lewis, Colton Lewis, Oliver Lewis, Sarah Lewis, Keleif Spencer, Azaria Spencer, Jor and Charlie Spencer; and his nieces and nephews, Samuel Hill, Jody Hill, Jason Hill, JoAnna Hill, Brinley Hill, Kay-Lynn Peedin and Shyann Peedin. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
