As Robert Eugene departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Robert Eugene may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Robert Eugene leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Woodard and Zettie Woodard; and his sister Anna Stacy Woodard Worley. He is survived by: his girlfriend Pam Keen; his daughters, Sandy Washburn Lehman (Dan) and Lisa Woodard Coffey (Tripp); his sister Louise Woodard Wallace; and his friend Diane Woodard. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and several nephews and cousins.
