He is survived by: his parent Janice Yvonne Pickel Lewis; his wife Carol Schermerhorn Lewis; his grandmother Carol Lewis; his children, Rick Lewis, Darrel J. Lewis, Ryan Lewis, Bernie Farrier and Cathy Cook; and his stepchildren, Michael Pecilunas, Robert Pecilunas and Heather Pecilunas. He is also survived by 6 step grandchildren; 6 step great grandchildren.
