Woodard (Jennie) of Smithfield; her great grandchildren, Anali, Isabella, Aedan, Noah and Austin; her foster child Jerry Ashworth (Jimi); and her caregivers, Rachel, Jennie Woodard, Summer Boyette and Kim Gurley. She is also survived by 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
