With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Minnie Mitchell Williford (Princeton, North Carolina), born in Wayne County, North Carolina, who passed away on November 28, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew E. Mitchell and Winniefred Mitchell Proctor; her husband Otis Albert Williford; her sons, Raymond, Wray, Keith and Stewart; and her siblings, Andrew, Grover, Norwood, Delmus and Nancy Heath.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Williford (Emma), Joan Daly (Emory) and Evelyn Hill; her daughters-in-law, Jane Williford and Lavee Williford; and her close friends, Betty Richardson, Jean Gurley and JoAnn Aycock. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
