He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Harvey and Gladys Brown Leagan; and his sister Jacquelyn Leagan Cunningham. He is survived by: his sons, Andy Leagan of Virginia, Brian Leagan (Shawn) of Smithfield and Jeff Leagan (Elizabeth Brock) of Kenly; his grandchildren, Brianna Leagan, Reilly Leagan, Rachel Leagan, Layne Leagan, Taylor Leagan, Victoria Leagan and Emily Leagan; and also, Kacie, Raegan and Avereigh Elizabeth.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Transitions Hospice, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
