She is survived by: her husband Ralph Spivey, Sr.; her sons, Junior Spivey (Gail) of Wilson and Michael Spivey of Four Oaks; her brother Worth Starling (Rosemary) of Clayton; her grandchildren, Derrick Spivey, Michelle Edwards and Jon Murphy; her great grandchildren, Taylor Edwards, Madison Edwards and Preston Edwards; and also Mills.
