He is survived by: his wife Barbara Craft Capps; his children, Johnny Levern Capps, Allen Bruce Capps (Sherrie) of Selma and Michelle Lynn Moore (David) of Princeton; and his siblings, Donald Ray Capps of Clayton and Dorothy Marie Peacock of Princeton. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
