He was predeceased by: his parents, Erby Stephenson Holt and Gulie Worley Holt; his siblings, Herman Holt, Erby Holt, Jr., Margaret Wilkins and Mary Joyce Hill; and his son-in-law Herb Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Lee Martin Holt; his children, Ronnie Holt (Shirley) of Princeton, Pam Starling (Bill) of Kenly, Gulie Bullard (Randy) of Fayetteville and Beverly Anderson of Goldsboro; his grandchildren, Stephen Holt (Barbara Ann), Tara Darden (Jason), Jonathan Jones (Kasey), Katie Taylor (Donnie), Clifton Griffin (Jeana) and Amber Wilkins (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Addison, Olivia, Amelia Grace, Emerie, Jackson, Cammie, Wyatt, Gideon, Gauge, Garrison, MillieGrace, Silas and Eleanor Ruth; and his sisters, Bessie Starling of Princeton and Edna Grace Massengill of Princeton.
Although flowers are welcome, memorial contributions can be made to the Princeton Cemetery Fund.
